David Stokes Oracle

Dave Stokes is a MySQL Community Manager for Oracle and started programming with this neat scripting language called ‘Personal Home Page’ when it was first released. From there his career has had an intertwined path with PHP and databases. He has worked at companies ranging alphabetically from the American Heart Association to Xerox in areas from anti-submarine warfare to CTO. He lives in Texas with the required hound dog and a pickup truck.
