Scholarship Program

This year thanks to the generous donations of our sponsors, we are offering a limited number of tickets free to those who are in need.  Priority will be given to those who self-identify as being part of an under-represented group at technical conferences; whose companies will not send them and cannot afford to attend on their own.

Applications for this scholarship are submitted on a separate form.  We plan on notifying approved applicants by March 31st at the latest.

Ticket Contest

For people who don’t qualify for the scholarship tickets, we are currently running a competition to give away a free ticket! There are multiple options you have available to earn entries.  The contest runs until March 24th, and the winner will be announced shortly after that.

Volunteer Staff

Every conference we host requires a few extra hands to make sure it runs smoothly.  We are happy to offer free tickets to the conference to those who are willing to help work the conference while getting to attend.  Typically our volunteers get to attend the sessions but in assigned rooms as they help out the presenters and monitor the A/V for us.  We also have other tasks we can always use help with like initial setup and teardown.  If you are interested in being a volunteer for php[tek] 2017 then drop us an email using the button below, and we can discuss it.
