Code of Conduct

One for All Events proudly stands by our long tradition of providing safe, secure, and productive environments at all of our events. We want to provide a welcoming experience to all attendees, old and new, and enjoy the great hospitality that the community has to offer together. To help ensure this, we will not condone any offensive behavior at our events. Please bring any concerns to the attention of the conference organizers. Our official statement is below:

One for All Events LLC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.

We ask that if our attendees experience any behavior that they feel is in violation of this Code of Conduct to responsibly report it to us.  This report should be made as soon as you feel comfortable doing so and should be done via one of the following methods:

Refund Policy

One for All Events LLC wishes to be as flexible as possible with our attendees; however, there are certain points in the conference planning process where costs are incurred that we cannot recover.  Therefore we have adopted the following refund policy. All refund requests from US-based purchases will be handled based upon the date you contact us.  If greater than two months before the event, it will be refunded in full minus a $25 processing fee.  If the request arrives between one and two months before the event, we will refund 50% of the ticket cost. Requests after that point will be non-refundable. International ticket purchases are non-refundable at all times. However conference tickets may always be transferred to another person, but cannot be resold for a higher price than initially paid.  

Privacy Policy

Whenever you visit our site, we track basic anonymous statistical information. We do this so that we can better tailor our site to the needs of our users, and we only share the information collected with the companies that provide us with statistical analysis. All personal information collected through making a purchase remains in our possession and is shared with third parties only for the purpose of providing you with the services we provide. We do not sell or lease our attendee list to anyone.  You will need to directly interact with a sponsor at our event for that sponsor to gain access to your email address. We may, from time to time, contact you with special offers and promotions. We take this privilege very seriously and do not intend to abuse it; however, you can remove yourself from our mailing list by using the links at the bottom of any email we send. You must be older than 13 to use this website. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes on our website no later than fifteen days before such changes take effect.
